CHH boosts capabilities with appointment of new Sales Director

The CHH team is celebrating the appointment of our new Sales Director Graham Lay. As the business continues to deliver ambitious growth plans, boosting sales capabilities will help CHH extend its reach as a provider of smart connectivity solutions. Graham has hit the ground running developing stronger relationships with existing customers and reaching out to new businesses and sectors.

Since coming under new ownership in March 2022, CHH has focused on its drive to restructure and expand operations. The team is committed to exploiting new opportunities to deliver smart connectivity solutions for a more sustainable future. In September CHH added to its skill set with the appointment of an experienced Sales Director tasked with helping take our business to the next level.

Graham Lay joins CHH with extensive international experience in the connectivity market. Through previous roles he has developed a close relationship with CHH’s owners Paul Turner and Cory McFarlane and shares their future vision.

Graham says: “I am delighted to come on board at what is a very exciting time at CHH. Paul and Cory have done a fantastic job over the last 18 months, and I will support them in driving growth, both through maximising existing accounts and connecting with potential new customers. CHH’s value proposition is compelling, with end-to-end expertise from manufacturing, through managed services and support in extending product life cycles. There is huge potential.”

Last month, Graham joined the CHH team in attending Connected Britain, the UK’s most important connectivity exhibition. CHH’s stand at ExCeL London was successful pulling in the crowds and showcasing our smart solutions to representatives across the UK’s connectivity value chain.

“It gave us the perfect platform to reach out to the market and extend our reach”, says Graham. “We’ve had some very positive conversations with representatives across a range of sectors including altnets, smart utilities, EV charging, rail and nuclear. We’ve already booked to return next year with an even bigger presence.”

Graham will now focus on following up on those leads. At the same time, he will travel the country talking to existing customers about how CHH can meet more of their needs, whilst engaging with potential customers about the value of our one-stop-shop service offer.

CHH Chief Executive Officer Paul Turner said: “We’re delighted to welcome Graham to CHH. With his experience and passion, he will prove to be a great asset as we enter the next stage of growth. He is already busy maximising opportunities and spreading the word about our smart solutions. We have a very strong team driving us forward and this latest appointment will help ensure CHH continues going from strength to strength.”
