The UK had not built a new power plant in over 25 years.

CHH worked with our long-term client and specialist contractor to create a variety of modified standard and specialist equipment cabinets ready to meet the most stringent nuclear requirements. We supported across engineering solutions, prototypes and testing.

We were tasked with designing and engineering a variety of standard and specialist Equipment Cabinets, Communications Panels, Cable Assemblies, Wiring Looms and supporting products that would meet extreme nuclear industry QA Grade 1 testing requirements.

Working closely with our client and several interested parties,  CHH provided a one-stop solution across the various products and cabinet types, from engineering designs through to prototype and nuclear grade testing on and off site.

Metal Panel Assemblies, Cables & Connectors, Wiring Looms, Brackets & Fixings, Warehousing & Logistics, Nuclear grade testing on and off site.

Working closely and collaboratively with the respective Design & Engineering Teams and providing samples was key imperative in this project and certainly a key to the successful outcomes for all parties.
