We are pleased to announce that Comtec Group (International) has acquired a significant shareholding in CHH Conex, Birmingham. Both companies currently operate in the Telecom sector and CHH possess capabilities that will complement the Comtec Group offering moving forward.
Specific growth and profitability targets have been agreed for CHH with the ultimate aim that it joins the Comtec Group on a wholly owned basis within three years. During this period CHH will continue to operate as a separate company run by its existing management team. Tim Hughes (CHH Managing Director) and John Archer (Comtec Executive Chairman) will lead the joint market strategy.
The Comtec Group has an ambitious plan to achieve £100m sales by 2020 and the addition of CHH will yield a consolidated sales figure close to £60m for the calendar year 2017.
