The CHH management team is monitoring the evolving Covid-19 situation on a daily basis and we will take sensible action based on latest available information and Government guidelines. CHH are determined to remain open for business during this unprecedented time
We appreciate that our customers and suppliers are facing your own challenges during this period, please let us know if we can help in any way via your main CHH contact. In the meantime, please be assured that we are making every effort to mitigate any impact while protecting the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and suppliers.
We are monitoring individual employee health on a daily basis, taking any necessary precautions.
We will continue to promote personal hygiene standards for all staff and visitors, in particular following recommended handwashing guidelines.
We are restricting any non-essential business travel. Where possible, this means that telephone/video calls will take the place of face-to-face meetings.
We have identified key employees who are able to work remotely from home in the event that it becomes necessary. Key data can be accessed remotely with the same security we have in our office location.
We are continuing to monitor the situation, particularly with respect to suppliers who are critical to our services.
Demand has been unprecedented for certain products such as aprons, disposable gloves, hand cleaners, hand wipes, multi-purpose wipes, and safety goggles. We are working closely with our suppliers to try and secure additional stock and we will allocate this accordingly as and when they become available. We all need to work together to achieve the best possible outcomes.
We would ask that our customers, wherever possible also keep CHH informed of their company’s plans to enable us to best provision and align resources as appropriate.
