This is our full turnkey offer. It reflects a deliberate shift in how we support customers, taking responsibility across the entire lifecycle from design and supply through to deployment, tracking and recovery. That integration strengthened our position across smart metering, EV, telecoms and solar, and helped secure significant new contracts by demonstrating clear operational accountability and lifecycle oversight.

CHH 360 gives structure to how we now operate. It connects engineering capability, operational delivery and lifecycle oversight within one accountable framework. Rather than treating supply, deployment and recovery as separate functions, we manage them as linked stages within a continuous cycle. That joined-up view allows us to anticipate operational challenges, remove friction between handovers and provide customers with consistent visibility across operations to optimise performance.

 

Engineering and product expertise at the core

 

Our Product Solutions capability ensures engineers have reliable access to connectivity products, consumables, tools, uniform, PPE and equipment through structured distribution networks. This includes our Conex-branded portfolio alongside essential installation materials, all quality assured and managed to support consistent field performance.

 

CHH’s Technical Services team designs and configures cable assemblies, cabinet integrations and bespoke connectivity solutions tailored to operational requirements. Our in-house engineers work closely with customers to understand technical constraints, recommend appropriate materials and ensure each configuration is optimised for performance, safety and ease of installation.

 

Because we also manage deployment and recovery, we understand how design decisions affect installation time, failure rates and long-term asset performance. This integrated view reduces rework, shortens installation cycles and improves reliability in the field.

 

Final Mile and managed services integration

 

The launch of our Final Mile solution in 2025 marked a defining step in consolidating CHH 360 and turning our end-to-end model into operational reality.

 

Large-scale installation programmes often face practical breakdowns at the point of deployment. Engineers lose time collecting materials. Stock is dispersed across locations. High-value assets are removed from site with limited traceability. These inefficiencies increase cost, risk and administrative burden.

 

Final Mile was developed in response to those operational challenges. We expanded our national Pick Up/Drop Off network, introduced secure collection units and strengthened our transport capability to support structured replenishment and recovery. Engineers can access consumables, tools, uniform and PPE through a controlled national system, reducing travel and improving installation efficiency. Stock is secured and centrally managed, providing clearer oversight of inventory levels.

 

Alongside distribution, we integrated serialised asset tracking and structured reverse logistics. Equipment can be logged digitally at the point of removal and returned through a controlled network, where it is scanned and assessed before onward allocation. This provides customers with greater control and visibility over assets that would otherwise move outside structured systems.

 

Final Mile sits within our wider Managed Services framework, which includes inventory management, secure storage, onboarding and offboarding support. It connects deployment and recovery into one accountable process rather than separate activities.

 

Following a successful pilot, we secured a series of contracts with high-profile customers seeing the long term value of our full turnkey offer. These contracts were secured because we presented a fully integrated, accountable solution that addressed operational gaps, particularly around asset visibility and lifecycle management.
