CHH completes new Customer Collaboration Centre to showcase best-in-class solutions

At CHH we have been on quite a journey over the last 35 years building our comprehensive range of smart connectivity solutions. We wanted to chart our history and demonstrate how we are addressing customer pain points with a one-stop-shop offer that combines technical know-how and problem-solving skills for a compelling value proposition. We are proud to announce the completion of the Alan Coley Customer Collaboration Centre, an inspiring space that charts CHH’s progress and sets out the breadth of our expertise.

In 2023 CHH took possession of an additional 20,000 sq ft facility to accommodate our expansion. We decided to use the ground floor as a Customer Collaboration Centre to provide a space in which people can appreciate the scale of our capabilities. The centre incorporates a company timeline wall, details on the sectors we support and the values that sit at the heart of our operation.

Visitors are invited to spend time in our multi-media walkthrough which brings to life the CHH customer experience. From our own Product Solutions, Technical Services, Managed Services and Life Cycle Solutions, our capabilities are on show across a range of product displays, graphics and interactive panels. Customers can also see for themselves how CHH supports the circular economy through our Life Cycle Solutions which include asset tracking, reverse logistics, returns handling, maintenance, repair and retrofit and waste handling.

We have named our centre in honour of CHH’s Co-Founder Alan Coley. Alan helped establish the business in 1990 and was instrumental in its success, staying on as a consultant after the sale to its current owners.  Alan sadly passed away last year following a battle with cancer. We were honoured that his wife Charlotte together with family and friends came along to help us launch the collaboration centre which will help ensure Alan’s legacy continues to be celebrated.
